Amazon is set to launch a new mobile app called Indian Food.
The app will be available in the UK and Australia soon.
The service, which will include all sorts of recipes, has not yet been launched in India.
The company, however, said in a statement on Wednesday that it will be launching the app in India later this year.
The new app will enable users to access all sorts to their food and to make purchases.
It will also be able to deliver its product in India, Amazon said in the statement.
Indian Food will be a service that Amazon does not offer for the Indian market.
Amazon also said it will not allow its India sales teams to buy from the Indian marketplace.
The Indian market is estimated to be worth $1.4 trillion and Amazon has set itself apart as a leader in food, as the Indian government and the government of Prime Minister Narendra Modi are committed to improving food security.
